Only 3 minutes far from the apartment there is a big supermarket. This bright and spacious apartment has an open-plan living area with floor-to-ceiling windows and comfortable sofas with a work desk. The SOHO apartment has a fitted kitchen with microwave and refrigerator, cooking utensils and crockery. Electric iron, hairdryer and air-conditioning included.

From “Antonio Canova” Airport (Treviso):

• by public bus + walk: take the bus in front of airport and when you are in Piazzale Roma (around 30 minutes and 7€ pax) walk until San Marco Square (around 60 minutes);
• by public bus + vaporetto: take the public bus in front of airport and when you are in Piazzale Roma (around 30 minutes and 7€ pax) take vaporetto line 2 and get off in San Marco Vallaresso (around 30 minutes and 7,5€ pax);
• by private bus + water-taxi: please check the box on the booking page and we’ll organize your private transfer (around 50 minutes).

From “Marco Polo” Airport (Venice):

• by public bus + walk: take the bus in front of airport and when you are in Piazzale Roma (around 30 minutes and 7€ pax) walk until San Marco Square (around 60 minutes);
• by public bus + vaporetto: take the public bus in front of airport and when you are in Piazzale Roma (around 30 minutes and 7€ pax) take vaporetto line 2 and get off in San Marco Vallaresso (around 30 minutes and 7,5€ pax);
• by private bus + water-taxi: please check the box on the booking page and we’ll organize your private transfer (around 50 minutes);

From “Santa Lucia” Railstation (Venice):

• From front of railstation take vaporetto line 2 and get off in San Marco Vallaresso (around 30 minutes and 7,5€ pax);

From “Piazzale Roma” by car:

• park your car in “Tronchetto Park” (around 27€ per night) and take vaporetto line 2 and get off in San Marco Vallaresso vaporetto stop (around 30 minutes and 7,5€ pax).

Check-in and check-out rules:

The SOHO apartment will be ready for you after 14 o’clock (2pm) but if it possible we’ll try to give it before. Check-out is at 10 o’clock (10am). The housemaid Miss Anna will be in apartment for give you the keys. Is very important to be punctual. Unfortunately you can not leave your luggage in the apartment before check-in. You can leave it in the luggage storage in Piazzale Roma (it’s very cheap). We offer also different check-in time with additional cost:

• from 17:00 (5pm) to 20:00 (8pm) + 20,00€;
• from 20:00 (8pm) to 22:00 (10pm) + 50,00€;
• from 22:00 (10pm) to 24:00 (12pm) + 70,00€;
• from 24:00 hour + 100,00€.

At the apartment we’ll give you the form of the “Rules of the Apartment” and we’ll give you the keys. If you have payed only the deposit we’ll ask you first the remaining payment (by Cash or Credid Card).
